 A fantastic day. Not a whole lot more to say. Sunlight, scenery and amazing meals. We timed everything perfect.

Yesterday’s veggies made this morning’s breakfast and a hotel’s breakfast bar Belgium waffle mix made lunch. Spicy jalapeño poppers carried us into dinner which barely had enough sun to cook due to an encore of clouds that gave us an incredible sunset.

Dinner was a crawfish bisque along with sautéed zucchini and peppers. Skipping dessert feels good because this is an exploration of health and removing familiar patterns.
