Returns are available only to customers that purchased directly from gosun.co
If
you are not happy with your purchase, whether it’s quality or
performance or you dropped it off a cliff, we will replace it for free
or give your money back.
To be eligible for a full refund, the
item must be lightly used or the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging and include receipt or proof
of purchase.
When will I be refunded?
Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you within three days
on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Once approved,
we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of
payment) which is generally seen on a statement after a few days.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
You will be responsible for shipping costs when returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you would like GoSun to email a
pre-paid return label, the cost of return shipping, plus a $10 handling
fee will be deducted from your refund.
